Free Account Storage & File Retention
FileMoon Free accounts are subject to a 30 GB storage limit. Storage limits may also be applied across accounts that FileMoon determines are linked or associated with the same user. When a Free account reaches or exceeds the applicable storage threshold, additional uploads may be restricted and a 60-day Free-storage grace period may begin. During this period, users may upgrade to an active Premium plan or manage their stored files. FileMoon does not automatically delete Free-account files when this 60-day grace period ends. Any removal of files under the Free-storage policy is handled manually by FileMoon administration when necessary. Users should still maintain independent backup copies of important files. FileMoon may send storage-limit and grace-period notifications as a courtesy. FileMoon may apply reasonable measures to prevent attempts to circumvent Free account storage limits through multiple or associated accounts. This Free-account policy does not alter the separate retention terms applicable to Premium accounts or expired Premium subscriptions.

Aap files, videos, links, titles, descriptions aur other uploaded/shared content ke responsible hain.
Prohibited content and activity
Illegal content, malware, phishing, stolen data, spam, privacy violations aur copyright-infringing files allowed nahi.
Downloads and streaming
FileMoon waiting time, captcha, speed limits, video processing, streaming conversion ya access restrictions apply kar sakta hai.
File availability and expiry
File availability account status, plan limits, inactivity, storage rules, abuse reports ya policy enforcement par depend kar sakti hai.
Premium plans and payments
Premium plans higher limits aur extra features provide kar sakte hain, lekin active payment aur terms compliance zaroori hai.
Premium storage retention after expiration
Premium subscription expire hone ke baad us Premium account mein stored files 7-day grace period ke liye retain ki jati hain. Is grace period ke andar Premium renew karke stored files ko maintain kiya ja sakta hai. Agar grace period khatam hone se pehle Premium renew nahi hota, expired Premium storage se associated files permanent deletion ke liye eligible ho jati hain aur delete hone ke baad recover na ho saken. Grace period khatam hone se pehle Premium renew karne par files is retention policy ke under deletion ke liye eligible nahi hoti. Important files ko grace period khatam hone se pehle download ya backup karna aur subscription ko time par renew karna user ki responsibility hai.
Abuse reports and removals
FileMoon copyright, illegal files, malware, phishing, privacy ya abuse reports review kar sakta hai.
Account restrictions
Repeated abuse ya illegal activity wale accounts restrict, suspend ya terminate ho sakte hain.
Service changes
FileMoon technical, legal, security ya operational reasons se service update, limit ya suspend kar sakta hai.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
FileMoon as-available basis par provide hota hai aur uninterrupted access guarantee nahi karta.
Limitation of liability
FileMoon service interruption, file deletion, account misuse, third-party action ya technical problems ke losses ka responsible nahi hoga.
Updates to these terms
FileMoon time to time terms update kar sakta hai. Latest version future use par apply hoga.
