What is FileMoon?
FileMoon is an online file hosting and video sharing platform where users can upload, store, stream, share, and download files easily.
Do I need an account to upload files?
No. Visitors can upload files with limited access. Free registered users get higher limits, while premium users get the best experience.
What is the maximum upload size?
Guest users can upload files up to 1GB, free registered users can upload files up to 2GB, and premium users can upload without the standard file size limit.
How long are files stored?
Guest files may expire after 30 days. Free user files may expire after 90 days. Premium files are kept without the normal expiry limit while the premium plan is active.
Can I stream videos online?
Yes. FileMoon supports online video streaming for supported video formats. Some videos may need processing before the player becomes available.
Why is my video processing?
Large videos need time for conversion and streaming preparation. Once processing is completed, the video player becomes available automatically.
Why is my download speed limited?
Guest and free users may have limited download speed to keep the service stable for everyone. Premium users receive faster download access.
